Services Policy
Booking and Scheduling:
- Clients can book appointments via phone, email, or our website.
- We operate during specific hours on designated days.
- We appreciate advance booking notice.
- Clients can reschedule or cancel appointments with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
- A late cancellation fee of $100 applies.
Pricing and Payments:
- Payment methods accepted include cash or payID for Deep cleaning.
- Payment is due on the day of the cleaning.
- Clients are eligible for a 15% discount on the total bill (limited-time offer).
- Additional 10% off for referrals once the referred clients book a clean.
Service Details:
- We offer various services, including regular cleaning, deep cleaning, and specialized tasks.
- Specific inclusions and exclusions for each service type are clearly outlined.
- Customization options are available to meet client needs.
- We expect the home to be in a reasonable condition before cleaning.
Client Responsibilities:
- Clients may be present during cleaning but are encouraged to provide secure access to the property.
- Clients must notify our team of any pets or special considerations.
- Clearing clutter or personal items in the cleaning areas is appreciated.
Surface Restoration and Cleaning Limitations:
- Our primary goal is to provide thorough and professional cleaning services to clean and refresh your space.
- While we strive for excellence, it’s essential to understand the following limitations.
Surface Damage:
- We clean surfaces but do not perform restoration services. This means that if surfaces, such as shower grout, have sustained long-term damage or staining due to neglect or other factors, our cleaning may improve their appearance, but we cannot fully restore them to their original condition.
Excess Grease and Buildup:
We make every effort to remove excess grease and buildup from kitchen surfaces. However, particularly stubborn or long-standing grease deposits may require specialized restoration services, which are not within the scope of our standard cleaning.
Specialized Services:
- For surface restoration or highly specific cleaning needs, we recommend consulting with professionals who specialize in those areas. We are happy to provide referrals or work with specialists as needed, but these services may come at an additional cost.
- Our commitment is to deliver the best cleaning results possible within the scope of our services. If you have any questions about our cleaning limitations or require specialized assistance, please don’t hesitate to discuss your needs with us.
Safety and Security:
- We have insurance coverage for damages or accidents during cleaning.
- Procedures are in place for handling valuable or fragile items.
- Emergency procedures are established in case of accidents or injuries.
- Cleaners have the right to leave the property if they feel unsafe or disrespected.
Pets:
- Cleaners are not liable for pets while cleaning your home.
- Responsibility for pets’ safety and behavior rests with the client.
Privacy:
- For safety, we request that no one be in the room while personal spaces like bedrooms are being cleaned.
Lockout Fee:
- If cleaners cannot access the property, a lockout fee of 1/2 the price of the cleaning applies.
Wall Hangings, Mirrors, Televisions:
- Cleaners are not liable if wall hangings, mirrors, or mounted televisions fall down. These must be secure.
Blood, Vomit, and Body Fluids:
- Cleaners will not clean any bodily fluids of any kind, including blood and vomit.
Special Instructions:
- It is the client’s responsibility to provide cleaners with any special instructions, such as what to use on specific surfaces or not to use on surfaces.
24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee:
- If a client is not satisfied with the cleaning, they must contact us within 24 hours with photos.
- We will return free of charge to fix any issues.
